Your Role:

  • Stay updated on the latest science and engineering trends.
  • Learn about the Canadian R&D tax incentive program (training provided).
  • Evaluate client projects for eligibility under the R&D tax incentive program.
  • Conduct detailed interviews with client technical staff and prepare reports for the R&D tax credit program.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify project-related expenditures.
  • Prepare detailed reports documenting eligible expenditures.
  • Enhance client documentation systems, provide staff training, and develop strategies to maximize claim benefits using Engineva's methodologies and tools.
  • Adhere to internal processes and maintain accurate reporting tools.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field.  Master's or PhD degree holder is preferred.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical design, manufacturing, and testing.
  • Results-oriented, client-focused approach.
  • Strong time management skills for independent and collaborative work.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.
