The Role

  • Lead and motivate a team of Field Collectors, setting clear goals, providing ongoing coaching and development, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective collection strategies tailored to the Cebu City market.
  • Oversee the daily activities of your team, monitoring performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to help your team members excel.
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Analyze and report on team performance, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to collections.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Training, Operations) to ensure a seamless collection process.
  • Represent BillEase professionally in interactions with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a collections supervisor or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving collections targets.
  • Strong understanding of the collections industry and relevant regulations in the Philippines.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with Cebu City, Lapu Lapu, and Mandaue areas (a plus).
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving results.
