Duties and Responsibilities, but not limited to:Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive paid marketing strategies across various platforms: Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok, etc., aligned with organizational goals and target audience demographics.Campaign Management: Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, ad creative development, audience targeting, and ongoing performance monitoring.Integration with Offline Events: Collaborate with the events team to integrate digital marketing efforts with offline events, ensuring a seamless brand presence across both digital and physical touchpoints.Lead Generation and Tracking: Monitor and track leads generated through paid marketing campaigns, utilizing CRM systems or other lead management tools to analyze lead quality and conversion rates.Sales Team Coordination: Coordinate effectively with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and handover of leads, facilitating prompt follow-up actions to nurture leads through the sales pipeline and achieve conversion goals. Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content and research team to develop engaging and high-quality social media content that aligns with the target audience and company goals.Social Media Page Management: Manage and oversee the organization's social media pages, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistency in branding, messaging, and content across all platforms.Creative Asset Development: Provide guidance and input to the team on creating ad copy, visuals, and other assets for paid campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, engage with the audience, and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive relationships with followers.Exploration of New Opportunities: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms, exploring and implementing new advertising opportunities to effectively reach and engage with target audiences.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including all department heads, to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.Performance Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.Flexibility and Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to shifting market conditions, client preferences, and organizational priorities, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed to achieve targeted outcomes and deliver value to stakeholders.
