What you’ll be doing:Graphic Design:● Design compelling visuals for digital and print media, including presentations, web assets, social media graphics, advertisements, and email campaigns.● Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop creative solutions that align with brand strategy and project goals.● Assist in creating and maintaining brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all design assets.● Support project marketing initiatives with high-quality, on-brand graphics for various project phases, from concept to completion.● Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.● Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continually bring fresh ideas and approaches to the team. Marketing:● Effective and efficient task management and execution● Strong written and verbal communication with vendors and clients● Understand marketing fundamentals● Support in executing tools that relate to the marketing strategy, theme, product positioning, and creative branding for real estate projects● Set up, create, and maintain new project vendor accounts and relationships● Work with creative agencies in producing, editing, and proofing various marketing collateral including signage, stationary, brochures, floorplans, feature sheets, flyers, and more.● Provide valued commentary on creative assets’ design and function, including but not limited to brochures, renderings, websites, A kits, signage, PC graphics, inserts, etc.● Manages logistics for installations, supply orders, and vendor communication● Ensure meeting agendas are created ahead of each meeting and meeting minutes are captured and circulated afterward● Work with the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager in building strong integrated media campaigns that consist of traditional and online mediums that reflect the target audience● Budget management and maintenance including negotiating with vendors● Support the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager in project photography tasks which include scouting models, locations, and suppliers● Work in Spark (or the CRM being used) to manage and organize the database while creating templates and sending out e-blasts● Support the Director/Manager during the Presentation Centre marketing build-out● Ensure accurate record-keeping, filing, and use of platforms● Coordination of a variety of events, developing content for email campaigns, coordination of project photography and social media strategy● Provide support to the Sales Team to ensure they have the tools necessary to perform their role. Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.At least 1-2 years of experience as a marketing professional with graphic design.Strong background in digital and print marketing.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience using Spark or similar software.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Figma or other design software is a plus.Experience working with US, Canadian, or other offshore clients.Experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred.Strong knowledge of marketing principles and concepts is preferred.Experience with managing and maintaining marketing project budgets is highly preferred.Ability to work with a team, and provide suggestions and recommendations. The Assistant Accounting Lead will act as a vital resource to ensure that accounting workflows are aligned with project goals, that communication is streamlined, and that any issues affecting the team’s productivity are promptly addressed. They will also attend weekly briefings, sitdowns, and huddles to add insight and clarity, especially on accounting-specific discussions, to ensure accurate interpretation and execution of client requirements. What you’ll be doing:Accounting Team Management & SupportConduct regular team meetings, huddles, and one-on-one sessions with the accounting team to gather updates on ongoing tasks and identify any roadblocks or challenges.Serve as a point of reference for the accounting team to clarify task requirements, particularly in cases where accounting knowledge is necessary to comprehend the complexities of assigned duties.Collaborate with the Operations Manager to create action plans that support team members in overcoming obstacles and enhancing their performance.Actively monitor individual and team performance metrics, providing the accounting team with targeted guidance and feedback to improve productivity and quality of work.Issue Resolution & Performance MonitoringIdentify and analyze behaviors affecting team performance, conduct root cause analyses (RCA) for recurring issues, and develop actionable solutions to address these.Facilitate performance monitoring processes by conducting regular check-ins, end-of-day reporting reviews, and individual performance assessments.Prepare, document, and maintain accurate tracking logs of follow-ups and progress on assigned tasks, ensuring alignment with client and project goals.Data Analysis & ReportingCompile and analyze team performance data, tracking trends and highlighting areas for improvement; report findings to the Operations Manager with insights and recommended action steps.Oversee the submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports, ensuring they are comprehensive, accurate, and timely.
