Job Description

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant for an e-commerce campaign with four years of combined BPO and VA experience who is also able to work on-site. The candidate must have completed any four-year college degree. Your primary responsibilities include managing online store content and ensuring a seamless customer experience and possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen eye for detail to maintain the accuracy of product listings.

Qualifications

  • Must have a strong written and Verbal communication skills
  • Must be within 18-39 yrs old 
  • Must have relevant work experience with the following 
    -at least 4 yrs in either VA or CSR role.
