- At least 6 months TL experience. 
- Excellent Leadership Skills. 
- Committed and willing to be assigned in any Site. 
- Flexible in shifting schedules. 

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for overseeing the performance of a team of call or contact centre operators. They provide leadership, coaching and support to their team, and develop plans to achieve the call or contact centre targets.

SALARY: 

20,000-25,000 (Depending on experience)
