Job Description

The Material Analyst will ensure the required RMs/PMs, consumables, etc. needed to produce products are promptly issued to Production. The position is also responsible for generating consumption reports, ensuring that all parameters such as yield, and consumables are being followed by all production plants

  • Responsible for control of issued for Production stocks. 
  • Maintains a reliable database system for issuance and consumption reports in Excel and Oracle.
  • Ensures that all RM/PM and consumables issuances made are properly documented. 
  • Coordinating with Warehouse group to ensure that all whole week production requirements is available at warehouse.

Job Qualifications:

  • Must be a college graduate, preferably BS in Accountancy, Management, or any similar course
  • With at least 2 years of experience in warehouse functions such as receiving, storing, and issuing
  • With at least 1 year of experience in inventory accuracy programs, count programs, or similar positions in a manufacturing set-up
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, SSOP, and HACCP is an advantage
  • Willing to be assigned in Binan Laguna
